I love it when a guest comes through and is so much more than I expect. That’s Eric. Not just a small mountain town market and deli owner but also a man who’s taken the long way to get to where he is now. Starting a business puts you on a journey and for some, they find what they’re gonna do and stick with it, sometimes for the rest of their lives. And then there’s people like myself and Eric. We start things with the willingness and acceptance to change at a moments notice or better yet, a thoughts notice. Being in that kind of mindset takes you to many places. Some expected and some not. Like owning a motel and then starting a podcast in the middle of a pandemic.
